Canadian bad boy chef who became known for his Viceland television series Dead Set on Life. He has also been the executive chef at Parts and Labour. He has become widely popular on Instagram for his wild antics and food related posts with more than 1.1 million followers on Instagram.
The first restaurant he ever worked at was French restaurant Le Select Bistro. He opened his own restaurant at 26.
He's known for swearing and has averaged roughly 150 expletives per episode on his series Dead Set on Life, which was the most on Viceland network at one point.
He was born and raised in Saint John, New Brunswick. He went to culinary school at Humber and dropped out two weeks before graduation to go on tour with a band.
He has cited Canadian chef Martin Picard as one of his culinary heroes.
