Notable for founding and heading a London-based public relations company called Freud Communications, Freud later partnered with Piers Morgan to head England's Press Gazette.
He received his secondary education at both the Westminster School and Pimlico Comprehensive.

The son of broadcast journalist Sir Clement Freud and stage actress and director June Flewett, he grew up with a sister named Emma. Between his two marriages -- to Caroline Hutton and Elisabeth Murdoch -- he had children named George, Jonah, Charlotte, and Samson.
He is the great-grandson of the renowned psychoanalyst Sigmund Freud and the nephew of the acclaimed visual artist Lucian Freud.
