One half of the pop duo Jess & Matt with his girlfriend Jess Dunbar. The two initially gained fame competing on the seventh season of the X Factor Australia. They have since released their debut eponymous album in December 2015.
A skilled multi-instrumentalist, he began his career performing around Sydney right out of high school.
In 2013, he released his debut EP titled Write a Letter.
He has one brother named Dan.
Both he and runner-up Louise Adams competed on the seventh season of The X Factor Australia.
