She founded and began operating The Patton Group public relations firm prior to joining the Real Housewives of Miami in 2010.
She was known to feud with popular Miami-based drag queen Elaine Lancaster.
Her two-year marriage to Philippe Pautesta-Herder ended in 2012 when the couple decided to separate. Her mother is Elsa Patton.
She was joined by Joanna Krupa on the cast of The Real Housewives of Miami during the show's second season.
