Plant-based chef and entrepreneur who founded the brand Nom Yourself. She has been a private chef to celebrity clients such as Jeremy Piven and Ellie Goulding. She authored the cookbook Nom Yourself: Simple Vegan Cooking.
She became vegan on accident after going to the farmers market in Baltimore City every weekend, which caused her to go organic and learn how to cook.
Jeremy Piven invited her to his Malibu home to teach him about veganism and animal-free eating after meeting him at the restaurant Crossroads.
She was born in Suffern, New York, and has also lived in Baltimore and Los Angeles. She had no formal training and is self taught.
She became good friend with Ellie Goulding after she added her on Twitter and went on tour with her as her personal chef.
