Domestic diva and TV personality who built an empire of home-based products. She founded Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia. In 2016, she began hosting Martha & Snoop's Potluck Dinner Party with Snoop Dogg.
She babysat for such New York Yankees players as Mickey Mantle, Yogi Berra and Gil McDougald when she was 10.
Her role in the ImClone insider trading affair led to imprisonment in 2004, but she managed to bounce back even after many pundits predicted the collapse of her empire.
She was married to Andrew Stewart from 1961 to 1990. She had her daughter Alexis Stewart in September 1965.
She made many television appearances away from her own programs, including on Ugly Betty, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, and Oprah with Oprah Winfrey.
