Mariana Magaña

Mexican actress, singer, dancer, and performer who is best recognized for having played Mariana in High School Musical: The Desafio. She is also known for having portrayed Barbi on the Disney Channel Latin America series Cuando Toca la Campana.
She made her acting debut at the age of seven when she starred briefly on the popular series Chiquititas. She then started her career as a singer, having been signed to Walt Disney Records in 2007. In 2008, she made her debut as Mariana on High School Musical: The Desafio where she starred as the main protagonist.
She is also known for having appeared in several music videos including for the song "Alguien Necesita Ayuda" in 2015 from the series Junior Express.
She was born and raised in Mexico City and shared a photo with her husband Checo and daughter through Instagram in August of 2019.
She starred alongside Nicole Luis and Stephie Camarena on the 2011 series Cuando toca la campana.
