Japanese pop star and model best known as a member of the Hello! Project subgroup Country Musume. She is known to fans for her singing on tracks like "Iroppoi Onna 〜SEXY BABY〜" and "BYE BYE Saigo no Yoru."
In 2007 she joined the group Pabo, which was created on the television show Quiz! Hexagon II .
He has played for Hello! Project's futsal team Gatas Brilhantes H.P.
She married Major League Baseball pitcher Masahiro Tanaka in 2012.
She and Kumai Yurina both became their as members of Hello! Project groups.
