Lynn Abbey

An American fiction writer, she is best known for Daughter of the Bright Moon (a 1979 novel) and for her contributions to the Thieves World anthology. Her novels often focus on the plight of anti-heroes.
She studied astrophysics, European history, and computer programming at the University of Rochester.
She worked as a writer for TSR, Inc., a game publishing company.
She married editor Robert Asprin in 1982.
She and Patricia Mckillip both had careers as fantasy writers.
