Canadian actress best known for her role as Sonya on the CW television show Nikita. She also starred as Jenny Mills on the FOX television show Sleepy Hollow.
She studied dance and martial arts as a child and attended many musical theater schools in Canada before earning a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto in 2006.
She has had a number of film roles, including the role of Jenn in the 2011 film The Exit.
She was raised with her family in Toronto, Canada.
She co-starred with Shane West on the CW show Nikita.
