Estonian surgeon who was one of the world's first professors in the field of Neurosurgery.
He studied medicine at the St. Petersburg Medical Military Academy and graduated in 1899.
He performed the first brain tumor operation in Estonia on April 30, 1921.
He was the son of Martin Puusepp and Victoria-Stephania Goebel.
He was born in the same country as poet Martin Lipp.
