She is known as loocytoosy on TikTok, where she posts comedy videos about her family, multicultural upbringing and daily life. She has earned over 340,000 fans on the platform.
She was a Miss World New Zealand finalist in 2018.
When she first moved to New Zealand from China, she didn't even know the English alphabet.
In February 2021, she posted a YouTube video about growing up as the oldest sibling in her family, saying it was like she was a "test run."
