She graduated from the University of Witwatersrand with an honors degree in dramatic art.
She was the co-owner of a health studio and would train in the United States as a Bikram yoga instructor.
She was born in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. She is married and has a daughter.
She starred alongside Billy Zane in Surviving Evil.
