Known for his time as host of the pop culture TV news magazine The Insider. He rose to fame via his time as anchor of Deco Drive on Miami, Florida's local Fox affiliate WSVN.
He earned a B.A. in French and B.S. in communications from the University of Miami. He is also a graduate of the University of Paris at The Sorbonne.
During his first year as a Spanish-language reporter for Telemundo, he earned an Emmy nomination for his covering of the AIDs crisis in Africa. He also became one of the first co-hosts for Fox News' Fox & Friends.
He was born and raised in Miami, Florida.
In August 2009, he guest hosted an episode of Live with Regis and Kelly alongside Kelly Ripa.
