He first had the role of Sam Camden at the age of 1 in 1999.
He earned Young Artist Award nominations in 2007 and 2008 for his role on 7th Heaven.
He was a quadruplet along with brothers Zachary, Nikolas, and Myrinda. All four of them were on 7th Heaven playing the twins Sam and David, but as time went on only Lorenzo and Nikolas continued the roles.
He played Jessica Biel's on-screen brother on 7th Heaven.
