During her early childhood years, she played a small role in the 2001 movie Waking Life.
She and her Boyhood collaborators won a Boston Society of Film Critics Award for Best Cast.
She was born in Mexico to Christina Harrison and American director and screenwriter Richard Linklater.
In Boyhood, she plays the sister of Ellar Coltrane's character.
