Running back who was selected 4th overall in the 2017 NFL Draft by the Jacksonville Jaguars after a standout three-year stint at LSU, where he rushed for 3,830 yards and 40 touchdowns. He signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2020 and won Super Bowl LV as a member of the team.
He attended St. Augustine High School, where he became the first freshman ever to earn a scholarship offer from LSU. He was considered the nation's top senior recruit coming out of high school by publications like 247 Sports and CBS Sports.
He popularized the term "BUGA Nation," with "BUGA" being an acronym for "Being United Generates Attitude."
He has siblings named Latae, Lanata and Lanard. He had a daughter named Lyric in January 2015 with girlfriend Jaymee.
He was recruited to play for the LSU Tigers by head coach Les Miles.
