Better known by the stage name Ken, this South Korean pop vocalist rose to fame as a member of the boy band VIXX, which was formed during a 2012 Korean reality talent competition called MyDOL.
Upon its 2013 release, Voodoo -- Ken's first studio album with VIXX -- rose to number one on Korean music charts.
His band's most popular singles include "Eternity," "Error," and "G.R.8.U."
He grew up with two older brothers. His VIXX band "family" includes Cha Hak-yeon (stage name: N), Jung Taek-woon (Leo), Kim Won-sik (Ravi), Lee Hong-bin (Hongbin), and Han Sang-hyuk (Hyuk).
He is a contemporary of fellow K-Pop boy band performer Lee Minhyuk (of the group BtoB).
