Rose to fame as the wife of Olympic gymnast Max Whitlock.
She and Whitlock met while the pair were at a children's gym club at the age of fourteen.
A skilled gymnast herself, she has worked as the head coach of the South Essex Gymnastics Club.
Her brother-in-law, Scott Hann, co-owns the South Essex Gymnastics Club alongside Whitlock's coach.
Her then-fiancé competed with Great Britain's gymnastics team at the 2016 Rio Olympics alongside Amy Tinkler.
