Famous for her solo work with the New York City Ballet, this dancer was featured in productions of Coppelia, Swan Lake, The Sleeping Beauty, Belles-Lettres, Mes Oiseaux, and numerous other ballets.
She began studying ballet at the age of eleven and subsequently moved from her native California to North Carolina, where she trained at the Cary Ballet Conservatory. She entered the New York City Ballet's apprentice program in late 2009 and, by the following September, had joined the company's Corps de Ballet.
She was a 2012 recipient of both the Clive Barnes Award and the Janice Levin Award.
She spent her early years in the Los Angeles suburb of Thousand Oaks, California.
She was a soloist in a Benjamin Millepied-choreographed work titled Neverwhere.
