He grew up in New York and opened the law firm Rudolph & Beer in the early 90's.
He produced the 2002 Britney Spears-starring drama Crossroads.
He has a son named Dylan.
He represented Nick Lachey and produced the pop star's reality show with Jessica Simpson, Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica.
