She attended St. Xavier's College in Mumbai. Her career in entertainment began with commercial work for companies such as Kingfisher, Mercedes, and Thumsup. Her debut in film occurred in the 2009 feature Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year where she played Aparna.
She is known for having earned the honor of being one of the models for the Kingfisher Calendar in 2013.
She was born and raised in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
She starred alongside Shriya Saran in the 2017 film Paisa Vasool.
