She started her career as a bikini model, being named Miss Indy 1999 and representing Australia in international competitions in the early 2000s.
She runs a blog called Lifestyled, which is were the "LS" brand comes from. At one time, she worked for the Weather Channel.
Her maiden name is Boldy. She got married to cricketer Michael Clarke in 2012 and welcomed her first daughter, Kelsey Lee, in 2015.
She appeared on season 14 of Australia's Dancing With the Stars alongside April Rose Pengilly.
