Niece of the late Princess Diana who is the eldest daughter of Charles Spencer, Diana's younger brother, and his first wife, Victoria Lockwood. She is referred to as Lady Kitty Spencer. As a model, she's been an ambassador for Bulgari and Dolce & Gabbana.
She was away from the spotlight during her childhood and would attend a private school in Cape Town, South Africa.
She studied psychology, politics and English literature at the University of Cape Town and got her MA in in luxury brand management from Regent's University London.
She has siblings named Louis, Victoria, and Amelia, as well as three half-siblings.
She was joined by first cousins Prince William and Prince Harry in one of her first public appearances at a 2007 memorial service for Princess Diana.
