New Zealand soap opera actress best known for portraying Sophie McKay on the popular soap opera Shortland Street. She has also had a career as a television host, contributing to both the Erin Simpson Show and the Cadbury Dream Factory.
In her late teens, she performed with the Royal New Zealand Ballet and captained a New Zealand cheerleading team that competed in the 2005 World Cheerleading Championships.
She appeared in a 2014 episode of the American ABC sitcom Black-ish. She also played Lauren, the Red Power Ranger, in Power Rangers Samurai.
The daughter of dance teacher Jill Arkley, she grew up in Auckland, New Zealand.
She and Nathalie Boltt both played recurring roles on the New Zealand TV2 series Step Dave.
