Otherwise known as Jei, she is the leader of the five-piece K-pop girl group Fiestar. Since their debut in 2012, the group has released two studio albums, 2015's Black Label and 2016's A Delicate Sense.
Before making her K-pop debut, she modeled for a number of online clothing stores and appeared in music videos for groups like Infinite.
She has had roles in a number of Korean dramas including Mental Shooter, Lily Fever, and Vampire Detective.
She was born and raised in Bucheon, South Korea.
Rapper Tiger JK was featured on the 2012 Fiestar single "Wicked."
