She attended FIDM; however, she left at 19 to work with designer Tommy Hilfiger.
She was engaged to iconic rapper Tupac Shakur at the time he was murdered.
She grew up in Bel Air, California, as the daughter of their producer Quincy Jones and actress Peggy Lipton. She has a younger sister named Rashida Jones, whom is also an actress.
She designed a clothing line for Snoop Dogg for three years.
