Rocketed to fame in 2015 after he married former American Idol and popular R&B singer Fantasia Barrino.
Prior to his marriage, he was convicted of assault and in 2012 was arrested for failing to pay child support.
A successful businessman, he is the COO of the courier service Metro Transportation.
Originally from Germany, he settled with Fantasia in the United States. He and Fantasia welcomed their daughter Keziah in May 2021.
His wife competed on American Idol against future Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Hudson.
