Ken Rosenthal
Journalist
American journalist who is known for his work as a sportswriter and reporter. He is recognized for covering Major League Baseball for the Fox network and also serves as the senior baseball writer for The Athletic.
He started his career as an intern for Newsday on Long Island before he joined the York Daily Record in 1984. He started gaining further attention when he joined the Baltimore Sun where he was named Maryland Sportswriter of the Year by the National sportscasters and Sportswriters Association.
He won the Sports Emmy Award for Outstanding Sports Reporting with the Fox Sports and MLB Network in 2015 and in 2016.
He was born and raised in Oyster Bay, New York and married Lisa Rosenthal in 1990.
He has interviewed several MLB players including Bryce Harper and Manny Machado.
