Kelsi Worrell
Swimmer
American butterfly and freestyle swimmer and member of the 2016 U.S. Olympic team. She became the first woman in history to swim the 100-yard butterfly in under 50 seconds.
She studied exercise science at the University of Louisville while also on their swimming and diving team.
She was nominated for USA Swimming's Breakout Performer of the Year award at the Golden Googles awards in 2015.
She was born the oldest of six to parents Bob and Erica Worrell in Westampton, New Jersey. All of her siblings swam competitively. She married Thomas Dahlia in October 2017.
She beat swimmer Dana Vollmer by .73 seconds in the 100 meter butterfly at the 2016 U.S. Olympic trials.
