She began acting at age ten and attended Whitman College as a drama major.
She made guest appearances on shows Private Practice, Castle, and House M.D.
She married Shin Kawasaki in December 2005.
She worked as a voice actor with Christy Carlson Romano for four years on the Disney animated series Kim Possible.
