Famous for co-hosting the Irish game show Winning Streak and the RTE One program Operation Transformation, she is also notable as a presenter of The Voice of Ireland.
She left University College Dublin to begin hosting a sports-themed youth television program called Rapid.
She received a 2008 Irish Film and Television Award for "Sony Bravia TV Personality of the Year."
She was born and raised in Carlow, Ireland. She has been romantically linked to both Garda Enda Waters; but their relationship ended in 2012. Subsequently, she began dating Padraig McLoughlin, whom she welcomed a daughter named Ellie with in March 2018.
She and Marty Whelan co-hosted Winning Streak.
