Norwegian runner who is their for his career in the 400 meter sprint and hurdles events. He earned a gold medal in the 400 meter hurdles at the 2017 World Championships and European U-23 Championships.
He made his youth tournament debut in track and field in 2013 at the Norwegian Youth Indoor Championships. He won eight gold medals there.
He won silver in the 400 meter sprint event at the 2017 European U-23 Championships. He finished as a semi-finalist at the 2016 Summer Olympics in the 400 meter hurdles event.
He was originally born and raised in Ulsteinvik, Norway.
He competed against Kerron Clement at the 2016 Summer Olympics.
