He has been involved with acting since the age of nine when he appeared as a voice actor for video games and as a stunt actor in films.
He has competed on the Japanese show, SASUKE for many years and was one of three foreigners.
His father is martial arts film star, Sho Kosugi. He grew up with a brother and a sister. He got married in 2009.
