Rapper and hip hop artist known as one have of the Chicago-born duo Leather Corduroys with Joey Purp. The pair released their debut album Season in 2015 and have since gone on to develop both their dual and solo careers with mixtapes and single releases.
He grew up loving hip hop and felt that it was inevitable he should join the ranks of rising Chicago rappers.
Both he and Joey Purp are members of the Chicago rap collective Savemoney.
His birth name is Kene Ekwunife, though he is now known as Kami de Chukwu.
In 2015, Leather Corduroys released the single "Have U Eva" which featured an appearance with fellow Savemoney crew member Vic Mensa.
