Iraqi singer, composer, and songwriter. He's known as one of the most successful and romantic singers of the Arab world. He appeared as a coach and judge on the Middle East's edition of The Voice Kids and The Voice.
He wrote his first song at the age of 12 for a girl he liked. He began studying at the Baghdad Music Academy at age 21.
He has been called the "Caesar of Arabic Song" and "Iraq's Ambassador to the world".
He grew up with 9 siblings, Mohammed, Salem, Hussien, Ibrahim, Hassan, Fatma, Abbas, Ali, and Amira. He has two sons, Wisam and Omar.
He has collaborated with Lenny Kravitz, Diana Karazon, Sherine, and Akon.
