Flanker who made his professional debut for Aberavon RFC, and joined Ospreys in 2010, debuting on his 21st birthday.
He had a successful youth career before making his professional debut.
In 2011 he was selected to the Wales national rugby team.
He was born and raised in Trepanos, Wales.
He played on Wales' national rugby team with captian Sam Warburton.
