Offensive tackle drafted by the Seattle Seahawks in the second round of the 2014 NFL Draft. He helped the Seahawks reach the Super Bowl in 2015, where they were defeated by the New England Patriots.
He was a championship caliber wrestler and track athlete in high school in addition to football. He played his college ball at Missouri from 2010 to 2013 after being redshirted in 2009.
As a rookie, he won the starting right tackle job in training camp and started every game of the regular season before unfortunately missing the NFC Championship game with an injury.
He was born in Fort Campbell, Kentucky.
He was drafted by the Seattle Seahawks with the goal of protecting the team's quarterback Russell Wilson.
