Though he is perhaps best known as the younger sibling of Teen Choice Award-winning actress and Dark Angel star Jessica Alba, Joshua Alba became a successful actor in his own right, appearing in several films, as well as in episodes of Monk, Life, The Division, and other television series.
He began his television career by guest starring in a 2001 episode of Dark Angel. Five years later, he made his big screen debut in the Nick Cassavetes-directed feature, Alpha Dog.
In 2008, he voiced the character of Zack Maio in the popular Need for Speed: Undercover video game.
He and his sister Jessica grew up in Mississippi, Texas, and California, as the children of Catherine Jensen Alba and U.S. Air Force officer Mark Alba.
He and Andrew Keegan were both in the cast of the 2010 movie Kill Speed.
