Mexican actor who won a 2012 Premios TVyNovelas award for his work on the telenovela La que no podia amar and was also in the movie Amores Perros.
He first appeared on screen in the 1983 film Viva El Chubasco.
He's starred in Tres mujeres, Mariana de la noche, Las vias del amor, and a number of other Mexican telenovelas.
He was married to Fatima Boggio from 1996-2009 and married Elizabeth Alvarez in 2011. He has six children: one from a relationship before his first marriage, two from his first marriage, one from an affair during his first marriage, and two during his second marriage.
He appeared opposite Gael Garcia Bernal in the 2000 film Amores Perros.
