About

Pastry chef who co-founded the world-renowned Catalan restaurant El Celler de Can Roca. His restaurant has widely been regarded as a shining example of culinary excellence, topping Restaurant magazine's list of The World's 50 Best Restaurants multiple times. 

Before Fame

He attended culinary school in Girona, Spain and studied under Welsh pastry chef Damian Allsop.

Trivia

He received the World's Best Pastry Chef award from Restaurant magazine in 2014.

Family Life

His brothers Joan and Josep are the co-founders of El Celler de Can Roca.
