His first role was in the film The Big Green. He auditioned after a recommendation from his soccer coach, and he wound up having a leading role.
He played the role of Jake Dunnison in Texas Rangers.
He was born in Lompoc, California but moved to Texas early in his life. In 2004 he married Whitney Taylor and they later welcomed a child.
He appeared in the Chuck Norris starring film Forest Warrior.
