Canadian actor who played the role of Gilbert Blythe in the 1985 television film Anne of Green Gables and its sequels. He also played a regular role on the television series The Secret World of Benjamin Bear from 2004 until 2010.
He was an extra in the 1982 Canadian film Class of 1984.
He made his Broadway debut in the Canadian musical The Drowsy Chaperone in 2007.
His father, David Crombie, was the former Mayor of Toronto and Canadian federal Cabinet Minister.
He appeared on the television series Class of '96 starring Peter Horton.
