Unclean vocalist for the post-hardcore band Dance Gavin Dance. He took a brief departure from the group between 2008 and 2010.
Dance Gavin Dance was formed in 2005 with an original lineup that included Mess, Matt Mingus, Will Swan, Jonny Craig, Alvaro Alcala and Eric Lodge.
He was part of a Dance Gavin Dance side project called Secret Band with Will Swan and Matt Mingus.
He is originally from Columbus, Ohio.
He was joined by vocalist Tilian Pearson as part of Dance Gavin Dance in 2012.
