Australian television presenter most well known for hosting Seven Network's Better Homes and Gardens for more than a decade. She originally began her career as a medaled competitive swimmer.
She first rose to fame in 1990 after winning the bronze medal in the 100m backstroke at the Auckland Commonwealth Games. Her swim career virtually ended at 17 when she began a battle with chronic fatigue syndrome.
She has hosted several lifestyle shows including Auction Squad, House Calls to the Rescue, and the sports program Sportsworld.
She and her ex-husband Gary Sweet have two sons, Jesse and Joe. In 2006, she married building foreman Todd Huggins.
As the host of Better Homes and Gardens, she worked alongside chef and food host Karen Martini.
