She was born Joelle Anoa'i, but goes by the nickname JoJo.
Both of her parents were athletes, her mom grew up excelling in track and field events such as hurdles and jump events.
Her mother's name is Galina Becker.
Her father co-founded The Shield with Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose in 2012.
