He began his professional career with the Honduran team C.D.S. Vida in 2007.
He joined the Honduras national team in 2010.
He was born to James Ricardo Bengtson Pineda and Jilia Bodden.
He became teammates with AJ Soares on the New England Revolution in 2012.
