Jerome Bettis

One of the NFL's all-time leading rushers, with over 13,662 yards, he spent most of his career with the Pittsburgh Steelers, where he earned the nickname "The Bus." He helped lead the Steelers to victory in Super Bowl XL in his final season.
He loved bowling as a kid and did not play football until he reached high school. He played college football at Notre Dame.
He was selected 10th overall by the Los Angeles Rams in 1993 and was traded the Steelers in 1996. He was a six-time Pro Bowl selection.
He had two kids, Jada and Jerome Jr., with his wife Trameka Boykin.
He and Franco Harris both had Hall of Fame careers with the Steelers.
