Reality star best known for appearing in the TLC series I Am Jazz alongside it's star and her daughter, transgender activist Jazz Jennings.
Though Jazz was born biologically male, when she learned that her son desired to be a girl at the age of two, she continued to support her daughter into her transition.
She and her husband helped to found the TransKids Purple Rainbow Charity in 2007.
She and husband Greg have three children in addition to Jazz named Ari, Griffen, and Sander.
The documentary that inspired the TLC series I Am Jazz debuted on the Oprah Winfrey Network.
