Chef who became one of France's most respected for his work with such restaurants as Les Ambassadeurs and Brasserie Thoumieux. He is the author of several books, including Côté Crillon Côté Maison (2007) and Jean-François Piège Dans Votre Cuisine (2008). 

Before Fame

He began working as a chef assistant at the Palais de l'Élysée during his military service.
